Dendrolabor – das Dendrolabor bietet Möglichkeiten zur Präparation von Holzproben, Messung von Jahrringbreiten und der Analyse von holzanatomischen Parametern.

Isotopenlabor – das Isotopenlabor ist ausgestattet mit zwei Massenspektrometern für die Analyse der Isotopenverhältnisse von Sauerstoff, Kohlenstoff und Stickstoff .
